Standard delivery within the ITALY is generally free of charge. We deliver worlwide with our partner BARTOLINI/FEDEX. The delivery generally takes 3 to 4 working days to arrive in Europe and 7 days for the rest of the World
Please note that orders placed at the weekend or bank holidays will be processed on the first working day that follows.
If you are not at home when the delivery agent rings, a delivery card will inform you of the delivery attempt and your parcel will be left at a FEDEX Access Point near you. You can pick up the parcel within the next 10 days or arrange a new delivery date with FEDEX, before it is returned to us. If you like, you can even collect your parcel from theFEDEX Access Point on the same day.

- 2. Place the item and the returns form into the shipping box.
- 3. Please attach the returns label to your parcel where it can be clearly seen. If you don’t have the label handy, our Customer Care will be happy to assist you.
- 4. Drop the package off at a FEDEX near you.

It is helpful to keep the original return shipment slip until you have received confirmation of our receipt of your return shipment for possible enquiries or in the event of the package getting lost.

You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return shipment. The time taken for the refund to arrive in your bank/credit card account can vary and depends upon the speed of your bank's processing procedures.
